REFUND POLICY

Return Period
You may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.

Eligible Items
• Electronic products (Bluetooth speakers, vacuum cleaners, etc.): Unopened or defective items are eligible for return
• General merchandise: Unused items with complete packaging are eligible for return

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom-made or personalized items (such as hand-painted Thangka necklaces)
• Opened or used electronic products (unless defective)
• Hygiene products or intimate items
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Process
1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
2. Upon receiving return authorization, ship the item(s) back to the designated address
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping Costs
• Defective or incorrect items: Innoguider will cover return shipping costs
• Personal preference returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective)

Quality Guarantee
• All products come with a 30-day quality guarantee
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos
• We will provide a free replacement or full refund
